The Learning Center is aiming to have a well-developed individuals with high moral values, skill and religiousity. The logo have four meaning by their individual description.
Square = these shape is a resemblance of equality. The center is reflecting the role of equality in learning and also in teaching the students with the core values. To promote also the manner of individual differences of students.
Books = these symbolizes the intellectuality of individual. We encourage students to read books for them to learn more aside from what they are learning on the four sides of the classroom.
Cross = the symbol of Christianity and love of GOD the Almighty Father. Theses symbolizes the Respect of students to the people on their surroundings/ community. It implies with Moral Values and Discipline.
Balls = the center is having the mission of developing students individual skills and identity. Each student excelled in different fields it could academic or through sports. We are respecting those skills and we help them to develop it and can be enhance as the time passes.
This institution will help every individuals to have their own choices of skills to be develop.

School Retention Policy
1. Any student failing 3 or more core classes for an academic year is automatically retained at that level.
2. Any student failing 2 core subjects in a given year (entire year averages to an "E") may be:
A. Retained at parental request
B. put on academic probation (probation to last through school years)
Meeting between parent, teachers, principal, and academic counselor will result, options a & b addressed, and all in attendance sign a form, indicating parental choice, and understanding of what "probation" means (see #2 above).
3. Any probationary student that fails the same 2 core subjects in a subsequent year will automatically be retained (parent will already have signed paper in step #2 above that indicates understanding of this action). Meeting between parent and staff of academic year to put retention of student in place for following year.
4. Any probationary student that repeatedly fails 1 core subject and a 2nd new subject, or repeatedly fails different subjects in subsequent years will be retained unless the student passes an approved summer school program at the expense of the parents in the subject that was failed twice. This alternative will apply to any classes failed a second time.
5. Any new student to the district that has 2 or more E's from previous school year (at another district) will automatically result in action #1 and/or #2 above, with a meeting of staff and parent occurring soon after enrollment to our district.
6. Any probationary student that moves to another district and then back to Francis Bacon Learning Center will keep probationary status, unless #1 or #2 above occurred in another district, which would result in automatic retention upon re-entering the Learning Center.
7. The Principal may implement his authority to make the final decision based on the best interest of the student.

VISSION STATEMENT
Francis Bacon Learning Center is inspired by the philosophy of Francis Bacon and with the theory of Multiple Intelligences by Howard Gardner. It promote education physically, morally and also intellectual training on students’ individual skills.
MISSION
To develop moral-discipline and multi-tasking intellectual students in committing quality education and develop professionals that provide leadership for the nation.
GOAL
Promote the learning lifestyle and skills of young people and adults through activity with the use of individual capacity.
AIMS
To produce a high moral disciplined and skillful individual that will help build a better community on our country.
